One Step Behind
This game was created in just 7 days for a game jam.
In this action incremental game your goal is to clear rooms while the action gets tougher and faster every 30 seconds.
Death isn’t the end. Each time you fall, a clone of your previous run will fight alongside you in the next attempt. Run after run, your army of past selves grows, turning failure into progress and creating a unique incremental experience.

Hello! Sorry for that bug, we just upload a version with a lot of bugfixing on it (Include the game breaking one!), now you can play the full experience, we would love for you to play the new version!

I enjoyed the game. I think the tree gets maxed too quickly maybe. 1 run seemed to upgrade 1/3 of the tree or even more. I think slowing down the progression would feel better.
